Residents are invited to participate in a plethora of activities including Zumba and Yoga. There is also 21 miles of hiking/strolling trails if a private getaway is more your style. Interested in a private instructor instead? You have that option as well along with many others. The heart of the Life Performance Training Center is AFS or Applied Functional Science. This is ideal for evaluation, rehabilitation, and conditioning of a novice or expert athlete. AFS is a personalized program created to assist residents in achieving their body goals. The focus is optimizing your daily movements and making it easier to do what you what to do. The fun, innovative, and customized workouts will keep you excited and engaged in achieving your goals.

 

Victory at Verrado does not limit residents to the Life Performance Training Center, you will have access to the amenities offered all over the Verrado community.

 

Once you’ve loosened up and worked out, be sure to check out the legendary golf experience created by Tom Lehman. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, golfing at Victory will be an unforgettable experience. The Victory Course is created with beginner golfers in mind. It has wider fairways and less rough with more opportunities to recover. There is a multitude of tee box positions that help to enhance the experience. Although The Victory Course is created with beginner golfers in mind, Tom Lehman did include some design tricks for pros including fast, undulating greens, risk and reward opportunities, and unexpected pin positions.

 

The Founders Course is nestled in the canyons and coves of the White Tank Mountains. This magnificent course has landed in the top 5 on Golfweek’s “2016 Best Courses You Can Play” for the 4th year in a row. Victory also has a Golf Playground which is a 12-acre facility with a driving range, short game practice area, and 5 individual holes ranging from 50 up to nearly 100 yards. The Victory Golf Playground is available for private events for residents, friends, and golf club members.

 

You don’t have to work up an appetite before stopping by the fabulous Vic Bar & Kitchen. Located in the Victory Club, you can walk in when you feel the urge or make reservations for you and your friends to have a night out. Whatever the occasion, be sure to bring your appetite. The panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains and the awesome Phoenix skyline make the incomparable food, incredible ambiance, and inviting bar even more enjoyable. There is the main menu, a brunch menu, and a happy hour menu. Every plate, every sight, and every moment is an experience. Whatever you’re craving you can get your fix at Vic Bar & Kitchen.  The seasonal, from scratch menu, is full of fresh and local ingredients and changes as available ingredients change. Blue Sky Organic Farms provides our organic arugula and cilantro, McClendon Farms provides our sweet honey and baby lettuce, and Danzeissen Dairy provides our local milk. Vic Bar & Kitchen also offers unlimited mixologist-inspired cocktail options, rotating craft beer taps, and a wall of wine or whatever libation tickles your fancy. Not only are there eye-catching views, never-ending beverage options, and sensational food, Vic Bar & Kitchen also offers a series of interactive educational programs. Some of the courses include Culinary 101, Food Trends, The Basics, Herbs and Spices, Entertaining, Stocks and Sauces, Holiday Cooking, and Knife Skills just to name a few.

The idea of Spa Living has been adopted by Victory by providing residents with an option for a daily treat by making spa services affordable and accessible. The Spa at Victory is focused on relaxation, wellness, and rejuvenation with an emphasis on nutrition and fitness.
